Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at setapart.bussines@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your item was marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," it cannot be returned


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at setapart.bussines@gmail.com and we’ll help with an exchange if the item is in stock.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund right away.
